What information should be contained in my service agreement?
The NDIS encourages participant’s to have a service agreement in place with each of their chosen service providers. This agreement is a way of setting out the expectations between a participant and their service provider
Guide to Reimbursement
Reimbursement is simple! As your plan manager we are able to process the claim on your behalf. All you need to do is forward a copy of the invoice to us, advising that reimbursement is required.
